Who runs this website: Ballin Chicks is a brand operated by Membarz Only Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15701924). What we collect

When you submit a player feature, partnership enquiry or community interest form, we collect only the fields you provide, which may include your name, email, organisation, public social link, city, message and preferences. We do not ask for dates of birth, postal addresses or special category personal information.

Why we use your information

We use feature and partnership enquiries to evaluate and respond to requests (our legitimate interests in running the publication and responding to enquiries). We use your email for community updates only when you explicitly opt in (your consent). We may send a single service acknowledgement after you submit a form; this is not a subscription to marketing. We do not automatically enrol feature or partnership submitters into marketing emails.

Where information is stored

Enquiries are processed by Netlify Forms and can be accessed by authorised administrators. If enabled, a transactional email service will use your email address to deliver a one-off acknowledgement. Service providers may process data outside the UK subject to applicable protections. We do not sell submission information or use your enquiry as permission to send marketing.

How long we retain it

We review enquiries periodically and remove them when they are no longer needed. As an initial operating policy, submissions that lead to no ongoing discussion or relationship are normally removed within 12 months; records for active collaborations may need to be kept longer for contractual, legal or administrative reasons. Community email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or we discontinue the mailing list.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information and, where consent is the basis, withdraw consent. Email partnerships@membarzonly.co.uk with "Ballin Chicks privacy request" in the subject line. For community updates you can withdraw consent by replying "unsubscribe" to any message or emailing this address. UK residents may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Age and safeguarding

Our player submission form is for people aged 18 or older. Under-18 players should not submit personal details directly. Parents, guardians or club representatives can contact us first to discuss safe participation.

Cookies and analytics

We have not intentionally installed third-party advertising or analytics trackers in this first version. Hosting services may use essential technical data to deliver and secure the website.
